Directions for Use:

• Start by detaching wipers and accents, then use a utility knife to cut through the current urethane sealer
• Carefully remove the existing glass and clean debris from all surfaces
• Dry set the new glass using tape strips for positioning. Once marked, remove the windshield
• Remove most of the old car glass adhesive from the pinch-weld, leaving a thin layer
• Apply a single-step primer to any bare metal and perform any necessary abrasive cleaning
• Clean the interior surface where contact will be made with the windshield and glass sealant
• Apply a thin layer of primer around the edge and allow it to dry
• Cut the applicator tip on the windshield leak sealant to the desired size
• Apply the windshield mount adhesive directly over the old auto window sealant
• Position the glass using the tape markings and press it into place
• Remove any excess urethane windshield adhesive and fill voids if needed
• Remove the tape alignment strips, reattach moldings, wipers, and accents
• Clean up any excess windshield urethane adhesive

*Note: To use without primer, ensure the bonding surface is free from contamination before applying the car windshield sealant. The glass must also be cleaned with a non-antistatic glass cleaner beforehand.

Additional instructions:

Designed for use at temperatures between 42-95°F. Before use, place the car windshield adhesive in a plastic bag and submerge it in hot water for best results.
