This sealant provides strong, flexible, durable, and water-resistant seals for joints with good adherence to most non-porous surfaces, making it ideal for use anywhere a waterproof and/or airtight seal is required. Specifically designed for weather-resistant exterior window and door applications.

RTV High-Temp Silicone is a gasket maker and sealant that is heat resistant and used for sealing purposes in heating systems, automobiles, and other vehicles. It is resistant to high temperatures, ranging from 104ºF to 572ºF continuously and up to 482 ºF when exposed temporarily to heat.

Suggested applications for this product include sealing stoves, heating devices, pumps, motors, chimneys, hot water boilers, electric home appliances, rear main bearing cap split lines, automatic transmission pans, case halves and inside covers, damper keyway sealing, differential covers, manifolds, oil pan corner seals, thermostats, valve cover gaskets, water pump cover gaskets, exhaust manifolds and connection points.

The RTV High-Temp Silicone features a cured acetoxy system that forms a flexible silicone gasket upon curing. It offers excellent bonding to a wide range of applications, resists cracking, shrinking, and migration caused by thermal cycling, and is resistant to oil, water, and toxic chemicals. It is pressure-resistant and creates airtight and leak-proof gaskets quickly.

Easy to use, this product is waterproof and can be used to create gaskets and seals on most surfaces. It forms to any shape instantly, does not shrink or crack, and offers high resistance and fast curing properties.
